1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 7v7v platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 7v7v. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

7v7v reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of material changes via in-platform notifications or by email where applicable.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain an account with 7v7v, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using 7v7v.
• You must be the legal owner or authorised holder of the payment method you use on the platform (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account).
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Each individual may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are strictly forbidden and will be terminated upon detection, with any balances forfeited.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

7v7v supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard, as well as transfers from Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other approved institutions. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the chosen method. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required unless a promotional campaign specifies otherwise. 7v7v reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any deposit. By depositing funds, you confirm that the money is not derived from any unlawful activity.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• A minimum withdrawal of ৳500 applies per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. Required documents may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically feasible. Processing times typically range from 1 to 5 business days depending on the payment provider.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

7v7v periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and special rewards to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion at the time it is made available. General bonus rules are set out in this section; specific campaign rules override them where there is a conflict.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded on 7v7v are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 welcome bonus must be wagered a total of ৳20,000 before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the specific promotion.

Bonus Restrictions

The following actions will result in the forfeiture of any active bonus balance and associated winnings:

• Withdrawing funds before the wagering requirement on an active bonus has been fully met.
• Using bonus funds in excluded game categories as specified in the promotional terms of that offer.
• Evidence of collusion, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other form of fraudulent activity in connection with a promotional offer.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7v7v platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds without notice:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, chargebacks, or any attempt to circumvent platform security measures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported immediately and will be voided if not reported.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 7v7v platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, audio, video, and database compilations, is the exclusive property of 7v7v or its content licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 7v7v platform without prior written consent from 7v7v. Unauthorised use will result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

7. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 7v7v will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must:

• Keep your password unique and never share it with any third party, family member, or associate.
• Log out of your account after every session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 7v7v support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7v7v, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure. 7v7v's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7v7v does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the platform. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any game, service, or feature at any time without prior notice.

9. Responsible Gaming

7v7v is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all of its products and services. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a suite of tools to help you manage your gaming activity effectively.

10. Termination and Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any applicable bonus funds and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to successful identity verification. Bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless otherwise stated.

7v7v reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or conduct that may harm the interests of other players or the platform. In such cases, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 7v7v's internal dispute resolution team. • 7v7v will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, we encourage players to seek independent legal advice.
• Players retain the right to pursue any legal remedy available to them under applicable law regardless of this disputes clause.
• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7v7v with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
